These Terms & Conditions are legally binding upon booking or using services from 504 Detailing Miami LLC. By scheduling or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Welcome to 504 Detailing Miami LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services

We provide mobile auto detailing services in the Miami area. Services are subject to availability and vehicle condition.

2. Booking & Payment

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee (see Refund Policy).

4. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure the vehicle is accessible and keys are available.

  • Remove personal belongings before service. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left in the vehicle.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or defects.

  • While we take care to protect your vehicle, you agree that 504 Detailing Miami LLC’s total liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials on our website and marketing belong to 504 Detailing Miami LLC and may not be used without permission.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
