We reserve the right to deny refunds or re-services if policies are not followed. Refunds & Cancellations

  • 24+ Hours Notice – Full refund or reschedule at no charge.

  • Less Than 24 Hours or No-Show – Deposit or cancellation fee may apply.

  • Service Dissatisfaction – If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours. We may offer a re-service or partial refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Completed detailing services.

  • Gift cards or promotional vouchers.

How to Request a Refund
